    Himanshu brings with him over 15 years of rich experience in the corporate and professional world, having worked extensively in Audit, Taxation, Statutory Compliances, and Business Advisory. Deepika Bedwal is a highly experienced tax professional with specialized expertise in International Taxation and Transfer Pricing (TP). Over the years, she has developed a strong foundation in accounting, auditing, internal controls, and expatriate tax compliance, enabling her to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients across industries.
  • Transfer Pricing Specialist
    Deepika has worked extensively in International Tax – Transfer Pricing (TP) teams of two of the Big Four accounting firms, gaining multi-jurisdictional exposure. She has serviced a diverse portfolio of Multi-National Enterprises (MNEs), particularly in the Information Technology (IT) and IT Enabled Services (ITES) sectors. Her experience includes:
    • Preparation and review of Transfer Pricing documentation in compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
    • Advisory on intra-group transactions, pricing policies, and global tax strategies.
    • Litigation support and representation in Transfer Pricing disputes before tax authorities.
    • Assisting clients with BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) compliance, CbCR (Country-by-Country Reporting), and risk assessments.
